Barri Klein is a native of Baltimore. She is happily married and a mother of two. Barri graduated from University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Barri is a practicing Certified Appraiser since 1988 and has been a licensed real estate professional for over 22 years. She earned her CREA from the National Association of Realtors in 1988. Barri has a successful appraisal firm, Klein Appraisals, which is located in Timonium, Maryland. She and her partner, Steven Klein, perform market value appraisals for various lenders and attorneys in the State of Maryland. Klein Appraisals handles real property appraisals and independent review appraisals for local and national banks, mortgage companies, auction firms, private investors, lawyers and private individuals. Klein Appraisals perform finance, divorce, estate, taxation and condemnation appraisals in a professional and timely manner. Klein Appraisals is approved to perform FHA/HUD appraisals. In addition, Barri is a continuing education Course Speaker for MICEL (Bar Association of Maryland) and performs Expert Testimony for many attorneys throughout the Baltimore metropolitan area.

Previously Barri Klein worked for the Baltimore County Council as an Administrative Aide for the 2nd councilmanic district of Pikesville. She was involved in all phases of legislative and constituent issues. Barri was also employed by a local engineering firm and acted as a liaison to Baltimore County, Maryland dealing with development and land use plans.
