Sharon Todd-Campbell is a
multi-million dollar producer at ROC Realty. Sharon manages the
REO assets for Freddie Mac. She is responsible for
coordinating all activities related to securing, preserving and
the marketing of these assets. Her responsibilities include but
are not limited to processing time-sensitive documents such as
property condition reports, broker price opinions and monthly
status reports. Sharon is also responsible for coordinating any
rehab work required. She maintains complete and accurate files
on each property. Sharon is the liaison between Freddie Mac and
potential buyers, selling brokers, financial institutions and
title companies. Sharon is currently the listing agent for
Freddie Mac/Homesteps REO assets .

Jill Steele-McGhee is
Vice President of Real Estate Development of ROC Incorporated.
Jill provides executive leadership for all ROC Incorporated real
estate development projects. She is responsible for managing
commercial and residential real estate practices, including
finance, acquisition, valuation, project management and asset
management. Jill is an experienced leader and is effective in
her approach of negotiating real estate agreements (including
purchase and sale, development,
construction/design-build/architectural services, leases, and
real estate loans).

Barri Klein is a
native of Baltimore. She is happily married and a mother of two.
Barri graduated from University of Maryland, Baltimore County in
1985 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Barri is a
practicing Certified Appraiser since 1988 and has been a
licensed real estate professional for over 22 years. She earned
her CREA from the National Association of Realtors in 1988.
Barri has a successful appraisal firm, Klein Appraisals, which
is located in Timonium, Maryland.She and her partner, Steven
Klein, perform market value appraisals for various lenders and
attorneys in the State of Maryland.
